เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 7 14 และ 21 กุมภาพันธ์ที่ผ่านมา หลักสูตรภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตตรัง ได้จัดโครงการ “บันไดสู่การเป็นนักแปลมืออาชีพปีที่ 6” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร. ศิรสา ชลายนานนท์ นักวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ระดับเชี่ยวชาญ กลุ่มงานภาษาอังกฤษ สำนักภาษาต่างประเทศ สังกัดสำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาผู้แทนราษฎร เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายเรื่องการแปลข่าวการเมือง เศรษฐกิจและสังคม การแปลคำบรรยายและสุนทรพจน์ การแปลเอกสารประกอบการประชุม และการแปลแบบล่าม ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการซึ่งเป็นนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตตรัง และวิทยาเขตอื่นๆ รวมถึงนักศึกษาและอาจารย์ต่างสถาบัน ให้ได้รับความรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติการแปล โดยอบรมผ่านระบบ Zoom meeting มีผู้ลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมโครงการทั้งสิ้น 228 คน

On 7, 14, and 21 February 2023, the Business English Program of the Faculty of Commerce and Management organized the 6th annual project “Steps to Becoming a Professional Translator.” Once again, Dr. Sirasa Chalainanont, a foreign affairs officer of the expert level from the English Division, the Bureau of Foreign Languages, the Secretariat of the House of Representatives, became our guest lecturer on political, economic, and social news translation, translation of narrations and speeches, translation of meeting documents, as well as interpretation. Through the Zoom meeting system, this series of lectures was well-received by 228 attendees, including students and lecturers from Prince of Songkla University, Trang Campus, and other campuses, as well as students and lecturers from other institutions.

The project’s organizers are Ajarn Nantana Sittirak, Ajarn Suthida Pornjamroen, and Dr.Sudatip Prapunta.
