Our Public Management program aims to equip students with the knowledge and understanding of principles, concepts, and theories of public administration and modern management. With awareness of public administration work, they will be able to apply the knowledge as the foundation of their future body of knowledge. During their study, students will acquire skills in using information technology and basic statistical tools, and the ability to communicate appropriately with public administration issues. They will also have the ability to search for facts and understand phenomena related to public administration from various sources of information. With analytical skills, they will be able to analyze complex situations or problems by using knowledge, concepts, and theories of public administration to suggest creative solutions. Moreover, they will be responsible for self-development and demonstrate acceptable leadership and teamwork behaviors. They will be able to analyze and solve problems appropriately according to their backgrounds and the context of the group. Most importantly, they will possess morality and ethics and adapt themselves well within a society with diversity and conflicting values.

Careers and Professional Advancement
Graduates can work in government agencies, the private sector, and non-profit organizations with the following positions: policy and plan analysts, human resource administrators, human resource officers (local government organizations), general administrators, general affairs managers, administrative officers (district chiefs), local government secretaries, community development academics, community developers (local government organizations), project management officers, independent academics, etc.
